Fish Shape Mask

The fish-shaped mask is a protective mask certified by the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). "Fish-shaped" refers to the three-dimensional shape of the mask that presents the outline of a fish body after it is unfolded.

High-efficiency Filtration
The fish-shaped mask uses multi-layer filtration technology. Its core filter material is composed of electrostatic melt-blown cloth, whose fiber diameter is only 1-5 microns and density is as high as 20-25g/m², which is much higher than the 15-18g/m² of ordinary medical masks. This high-density structure allows the KF94 mask to capture more than 95% of 2.5-micron particles (PM2.5), while ordinary medical masks can only filter 80-85%.

Good Breathability
The fish-shaped mask adopts a three-dimensional arc structure. When unfolded, it will form an arched space in front of the mouth and nose, effectively preventing the mask from directly sticking to the mouth and nose. Compared with traditional flat masks, the fish-shaped structure increases the effective breathing area by 30%. Therefore, the breathing resistance of the fish-shaped mask can be reduced to below 60 Pa/cm², which is much less than the 80~100 Pa/cm² of ordinary flat medical masks.

Durability
The outer layer of the fish-shaped mask is treated with a waterproof coating, which can effectively block more than 98% of water droplets and droplets. Without a waterproof layer, external water vapor will penetrate into the mask, causing the electrostatic meltblown cloth in the middle layer to become damp, and the filtering capacity will be greatly reduced. Therefore, after 8 hours of continuous use, the filtering efficiency of our mask can still be maintained at more than 93.5%, which is much higher than the 75% of ordinary medical masks.
