High-efficiency Filtration
The 3D Korean mask uses a four-layer filtration structure, including an electrostatic melt-blown cloth layer which has a filtration efficiency of 94.5%. Tests show that it can filter 99.7% of 0.3 micron particles, far exceeding the filtration rate of 80-85% of ordinary medical masks. In addition, the 3D Korean mask achieved 99.9% in the bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) test and 99.8% in the viral filtration efficiency (VFE).
3d Stereoscopic Structure
The 3D Korean mask adopts a three-dimensional arc structure, which forms an arched space in front of the mouth and nose when unfolded. Compared with traditional flat masks, the area of direct contact between our masks and the skin is reduced by about 30%, thereby reducing the discomfort caused by friction or water vapor accumulation, such as redness, itching, and indentation.
Breathable Material
The 3D Korean mask uses meltblown nanofiber material, whose fiber diameter is only 0.1-0.3 microns, 100 times thinner than ordinary fibers. The breathability test shows that the breathability resistance of the 3D Korean mask is 0.65 mbar, which is 33.7% lower than the 0.98 mbar of ordinary medical masks. In the high-intensity exercise simulation test, the oxygen exchange efficiency when wearing a 3D Korean mask is 15.3% higher than that of an ordinary mask.
