KF94 korean face mask is a protective mask that meets the certification standards of the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). It is mainly used to filter harmful particles in the air, such as bacteria, viruses, dust, droplets, etc.

High-efficiency Filtration
KF94 korean face masks use multi-layer filtration. Its core filter material is made of meltblown cloth. The fiber diameter of this material is only 1-5 microns, which is much smaller than the 50-70 microns of human hair. Therefore, the filtration efficiency of KF94 for 0.6 micron particles can reach 94%, while ordinary medical masks are only about 80%. In the bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) test, KF94 can reach 99.9%, which is better than the 95% of N95 masks.
Good Breathability
KF94 korean face masks use 3D three-dimensional cutting, and the overall mask is a boat-shaped structure, leaving about 1.5cm space at the mouth and nose, which can effectively reduce breathing resistance. According to data from the Korean quality inspection agency, the inhalation resistance of our KF94 mask is 70 Pa and the exhalation resistance is 80 Pa, both lower than the 343 Pa and 245 Pa of the N95 mask.
Strong Durability
The KF94 korean face mask adopts hot pressing edge sealing technology, and the edge bonding strength can reach 3N/cm. The edges are not easy to fall apart even if the mask is repeatedly taken off and put on. At the same time, the tensile strength of the ear strap part can reach 2.5N, which is 1.5 times that of ordinary rubber bands, and it will not break easily even if it is pulled many times. Therefore, KF94 can be reused 5-7 times, while disposable medical masks cannot be reused.
