Non-woven Coverall

Non-woven coverall is a one-piece protective clothing made of non-woven fabric material, mainly used to prevent liquids, particles, dust and microorganisms from contaminating the human body.

Good Protective Effect

Our non-woven coverall adopts a three-layer Spunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond structure. Among them, the fiber diameter of the middle meltblown layer is only 1-3 microns, forming a tight filtration barrier. Therefore, our protective clothing has a protection efficiency of 99.9% against blood and body fluids, far exceeding the 95% protection rate of ordinary medical masks. It also has a filtration efficiency (PFE) of 98.9% for 0.1 micron particles and a filtration efficiency of 99.7% for 0.3 micron particles.

Liquid Repellency
The surface of the non-woven coverall is fluorocarbon treated, with a contact angle of 140°, and has strong hydrophobicity. According to the EN ISO 6530 standard test, its repellency index (R) for 10% NaOH solution is 98%, and its permeability index (P) is only 0.1%; its R value for 30% H2SO4 is 97%, and its P value is 0.2%. This means that even in the face of high-concentration acid and alkali solutions, our protective clothing can maintain a good protective effect.

Static Electricity Protection
We added 2% carbon fiber to the non-woven coverall to give the protective clothing good static electricity dissipation ability. According to the EN 1149-5 standard test, its surface resistivity is less than 5×10^8Ω, and the charge decay time is less than 0.01 seconds, which is much better than the standard requirement of 0.5 seconds. In an environment with 50% relative humidity, our protective clothing can effectively prevent more than 90% of static electricity accumulation, reducing safety risks in flammable and explosive environments.
