Good Breathability
The MVTR value (water vapor transmission rate) of disposable lab coveralls is as high as 7500g/m²/24h, which is 5 times that of ordinary polyethylene protective clothing (1500g/m²/24h). The breathability reaches 40 cm³/cm²/s, which is 100% higher than traditional protective clothing. This ensures that the wearer's body temperature rise does not exceed 0.5°C during 8 hours of continuous work, which is significantly lower than the 1.5°C body temperature rise of ordinary protective clothing.
Good Protective Effect
Our disposable lab coverall adopts a three-layer Spunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond structure. Among them, the fiber diameter of the middle meltblown layer is only 1-3 microns, forming a tight filtration barrier. Therefore, our protective clothing has a protection efficiency of 99.9% against blood and body fluids, far exceeding the 95% protection rate of ordinary medical masks. It also has a filtration efficiency (PFE) of 98.9% for 0.1 micron particles and a filtration efficiency of 99.7% for 0.3 micron particles.
Good Anti-static Property
The surface of the disposable lab coverall has been treated with anti-static treatment, and the surface resistivity is controlled at 1x10⁸ Ω/sq, which is better than the 5x10¹⁰ Ω/sq required by the EN 1149-5 standard. At 50% relative humidity, the static decay time is less than 0.01 seconds, while ordinary protective clothing requires 0.5-1 seconds. This means that our protective clothing can also quickly release static electricity in a dry environment, reducing the risk of sparks.
Chemical Resistance To Penetration
The disposable lab coverall uses anti-penetration coating technology. According to the EN ISO 6529 test, the penetration time of the protective clothing for 98% sulfuric acid is more than 480 minutes (8 hours), which is 16 times the standard requirement of 30 minutes. Moreover, the protective clothing has an anti-penetration performance of level 3 (more than 60 minutes) against 70% isopropyl alcohol, while ordinary protective clothing can usually only reach level 1 (10 minutes).
